This project required concept design and Town Planning Submission for a new 9800 sqm Distribution Centre with attached Office in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. After workshopping various options for the site, the selected design was developed to incorporate optimum layouts for racking and site circulation. As a potential speculative venture, a high tech aesthetic was applied to the exterior.
