The projects were completed with ICMG Victoria as the head contractor and project manager, whose later became Arete, a division of Kane Construction.

The sales office was an integrated fit out which was constructed during the completion stages of 720 Bourke Street, a leading new building from both a Greenstar/ESD and design perspective.

The sales office is the main sales presence in Melbourne. The key element here was precision, knowing good commercial design and detailing so the fit out would represent Etihad at their best. As always, creating good staff amenities was an essential ingredient as well as keeping customers happy. The Ticket Office in the stadium is a sales desk and offices which is used to sell both event tickets
