This project sits at the other end of the supply chain from the Tarago MBT Facility. Based in south Sydney, next to the mainline rail freight line to Port Botany, the facility provides the interface for domestic rubbish, which is delivered after collection, then compacted and containerized for freighting by rail down to Tarago.

Like the Tarago facility, the complex includes large areas of vehicle circulation, and highly industrialised process areas, storage tanks and circulation systems, along with an office block with associated work spaces and amenities for the staff.
