The Greenvale Equestrian Park has a number of member clubs who have been occupying a series of dilapidated sheds for many years. Our Brief from Hume City Council was to design a new pavilion which could be shared between the equestrian clubs and the Greenvale Angling Club. As well as providing new compliant amenities and social facilities on a very tight budget, the new pavilion was required to be tough enough to withstand high levels of potential vandalism and of a simple design which could be procured by Hume City Council using a Design and Construct Methodology.
The key element of the design was to provide a Social Room with direct views out to the north and south Equestrian Arenas along with ample external covered verandah space.
